Village of Rockdale, Mayor Sam Wyke along with Board of Trustees has partnered with our waste disposal company, Lakeshore Recycling Systems also known as LRS for the Village-wide Spring Clean Up Days.  Below is the schedule:

          Friday, May 22 from 5am to 5pm 

          Saturday, May 23 from 5am to 10am

Drop off location is the LRS Transfer Station located at:

          2277 Moen Avenue, Rockdale

Event is for Rockdale residents only.  Proof of residency will be required at the LRS gate so have your ID with you showing your Rockdale address.

You can drop off acceptable items free of charge.

Acceptable items include:  mattresses, box springs, sofas, furniture, furnishings, appliances (White Goods such as dryers, washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, stoves)

Not acceptable items:  electronics, oils, medical waste, paint, hazardous waste, building materials, tires
